    Magic, no, Science!

    I have had my Pro about a year. I have Kellgren and Lawrence Grade 4 osteoarthritis of both medial knees, the worst score. I will admit that my initial reason for purchase was for my facial wrinkles, but I most consistently use my light for my knees. I just finished a 4 mile steep hike to tree line, and am pain free (and zapping my knees as I type for good measure). A friend borrowed my “magic” light as she tore her gastroc muscle just before a trip to Spain. I tried to lower her expectations, but she was much better with an hour of treatment. She kept it for a week, using it daily, and went happily off to Spain. I found one randomized controlled trial with 50 individuals that showed positive results in pain control with daily use. Add me to the list of happy users.

    Game changer!

    Love, love, love! I’ve seen such a beautiful change to my skin since using the Celluma Pro! I have rosacea, a few acne blemishes, and some discoloration from hormones and sun. All fading away to a clearer, smoother complexion. My friends even commented how my skin glows! I also used the acne setting on my teenage son and his skin is looking better as well! I’ve used the pain setting on an old hamstring injury that flares up and I feel so much better! Highly recommend.

    Mixed Feelings So Far

    I’ve had my PRO for a few weeks and I’ve been using it religiously. I think it’s too soon to say if it’s working, but I have faith on the reviews and trust it will help my skin and some pain issues.

    While I assume the expense is in the lights, I have to admit I’m disappointed in the housing panel. The clear protective sheet that covers the light panel makes an odd creaking noise when flexed and one end has popped out twice. It just doesn’t seem like a super high-quality housing for the price.

On the clear protective sheet, we are aware that it makes noise, but we can assure you our devices are top quality. This is a high-grade polycarbonate shield that was selected for clarity and to protect your investment from body moisture. Electric circuits and water are not friends! Polycarbonate is the same technology used in high-end sunglass lenses. Because the Celluma is a flexible, shape-taking device, the protective shield needs to be able to move around. Hence, the foam inset was designed with a small space around the shield so it can move while you flex the device. The friction during movement will create that sound you hear. So the 'creaking' noise is a feature, not a flaw :)

    RETURN POLICY

    Please Note: Celluma LED products are Class IIa medical devices, and so we cannot accept a used device as a return, as it cannot be resold. That also means every single device we ship to you is a brand new, unused product.

    Unused Celluma Device Returns: If you feel you need to return your Celluma Device for any reason, you will need to call your Clinical Support Specialist at (714) 978-0080 from 7a-5pm M-F Pacific, or fill out the Contact form and someone will be in touch with you. Please have your purchase details handy so that we can locate your account and provide personalized support for you.

    30 Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us for a Return Authorization and shipping guidelines for the return of the device.

    Used Celluma Devices: If you have questions about your new Celluma Device or wish to return it we would also encourage you to contact us at the number above. For clarity, internal device software tracks usage, and while simply turning the device on for a few minutes does not constitute usage, cumulative time of 10 minutes or more in the on position does constitute a “used” device.
    • Unused damaged – this device is unused, but the packaging shows signs of damage. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and the amount will be deducted from any refund.
    • Seal broken, removed or tampered with not used - this device has not been used, but the seal on the packaging has been broken, removed, or tampered with. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and the amount will be deducted from any refund.
    • Seal broken, removed or tampered with used – this device has been used, or there is evidence of it being used. It cannot be returned to inventory as new, and therefore no refund will be given.
