What is Route Package Protection?

We’ve partnered with Route to give you a simple and affordable way to protect your Celluma order. Adding Route Package Protection at checkout ensures your shipment is covered in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If anything happens to your package, Route will  reimburse you or replace the affected items.

Customers who opt in to Route Package Protection receive the fastest claim resolution and the highest level of coverage.

Please note that all questions or claims related to package protection must be handled directly through Route, as they manage the full protection and reimbursement process.

If a customer opts out of Route Package Protection, the order will ship without insurance. In this case, the shipping carrier will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely.
