I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in the hopes that it helps improve service for others in the future.
There are so many companies around to choose from.
I reached out on my own to purchase the Celluma Pro Plus device, fully ready to buy, just looking for a bit of guidance. Unfortunately, the communication with the representative was extremely disappointing from start to finish. While she wasn’t rude, the overall experience felt careless and unprofessional.
She recommended the Pro Plus model, knowing I needed it for facial treatments and that my clients appreciate when the device doesn’t touch the skin. I mentioned clearly that I would need stands, sent her pictures asking about this and that. She failed to inform me that the device does not come with any stands, nor did she explain that I would need to purchase them separately—and that they are sold one at a time, which is crucial information. If I had known, I would have ordered two right away and saved the unnecessary back-and-forth, not to mention extra shipping costs that ended up costing more than the stand itself.
The lack of basic product explanation, especially considering I initiated the sale myself and was a highly motivated buyer, was frustrating. What’s worse is that I later found the device and stands available on Amazon—at half the price, and with both stands included next day shipping . It’s not even about the money at this point, but the poor communication and lack of customer care that left me regretting the entire purchase.
I initially didn’t want to leave a review because I didn’t want to upset anyone, but after I contacted 3d time her about only receiving one stand and she simply replied, “ yes that is correct. Only one single stand is needed for the pro plus.” with no empathy or willingness to help,, or knowing that I need two stands cuz I mentioned it before so many times I realized how little support I truly received.
This whole experience made me consider returning the device altogether. I’ve worked with other companies where the representatives are actually knowledgeable, thoughtful, and interested in how the product will be used—not just in closing a sale. Sadly, this wasn’t the case here.
