Mask Considerations
- For whole-body applications, consider an LED panel instead (or in addition to) for treating the face & body. We have great bundle discounts for multi-device purchases.
- It weighs 1.5 lbs and is heavier than other masks. Most masks we've tested don't have enough power to generate results; ours doesn't skimp on power.
- The battery pack & controller is on the back of the head. We designed Mystique to be cordless and more for upright multi-tasking. There are ways to lie down while using Mystique, but if lying down during treatment is very important to you, we'd recommend an LED panel.
Hair Growth Advisory
For the following classifications, hair growth treatments with light therapy have not been tested or FDA-cleared and may not be effective for use:
- If you are female and suffer from Ludwig-Savin classifications III, advanced.
- If you are male with androgenetic alopecia who have Norwood Hamilton Classifications I, II, Va, VI or VII.
- If you suffer from androgenetic alopecia and have Fitzpatrick skin type V-VI.

- Choose a mask for dual-treatments of the face + scalp and the ability to multi-task while receiving treatment.
- Choose a panel for the versatility of face & full-body coverage, pain relief, and multi-area treatments.
If your goal is targeting the face & scalp only with the ability to watch TV or read a book during treatment, go with the mask.
If your goal is broader coverage and versatility for the face or any part of the body, the panel is the better choice.

The mask weighs 1.5 lbs. This is more weight than many other masks on the market. However, most of the other masks we've tested do not have sufficient power to deliver an optimal dose of light energy to the cells, and thus do not provide consistent results. We didn't skimp on power with MYSTIQUE, and invested in a proper battery to power our professional-grade, multi-mode technology. This is the same technology in our LED panels, in the form of the mask, and trusted by clinics worldwide.
We also designed it intentionally to be cordless and totally self-contained. The battery-pack and controller on the back also serves as a counter-balance to the weight of the facial part of the mask, keeping everything place while allowing easy adjustability with the shapeable design.

The Celluma MYSTIQUE uses a combination of three clinically proven wavelengths:
- 🔵 Blue light (465nm) targets and kills acne-causing bacteria.
- 🔴 Red light (640nm) stimulates cellular ATP synthesis, collagen and elastin production to reduce wrinkles and rejuvenate the skin, and stimulates the scalp & follicles to regrow hair.
- ⚪️ Near-infrared light (880nm) penetrates deeper to support reduced inflammation and enhanced circulation in the skin and muscle tissue. Near-infrared light is invisible to the human eye.
